Acceptance of Terms

Where buji99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any losses incurred on wagers placed during the period of use.
In addition to the age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an account on buji99:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or automated entity).

Account Registration

Account credentials — particularly your password — must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. buji99 will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on buji99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). buji99 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to any player account. Minimum deposit: ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by buji99, although your chosen payment provider may apply their own transfer limits, which are outside buji99's control.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible.
Withdrawal eligibility: Before a withdrawal can be processed, buji99 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). Where a player has an active bonus attached to their account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved.
buji99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request at its sole discretion. The bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance automatically upon deposit confirmation. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward clearing the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on buji99 you agree at all times to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
- Opening or operating more than one buji99 account simultaneously or consecutively after a previous account closure.

- Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions by creating a new account after requesting self-exclusion.
buji99 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, buji99 may take any combination of the following actions: issue a formal warning, suspend or permanently close the account, void outstanding bets and bonus balances, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your buji99 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, buji99 will process any verified real-money balance remaining in your account back to your registered payment method. Bonus funds and any pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. buji99 will notify you via your registered email address before any inactivity policy is applied. Real-money balances in inactive accounts will be preserved and remain available for withdrawal upon account reactivation following successful identity verification.
